THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL REQUIRE:
Preferably a diploma/ degree qualification
Database and/ or IT experience advantagous Experience in a feed/ mill and / or production environment will be advantagous Ability to formulate systems, collect and design database of information and administration Excellent understanding of MS Office programs Good interpersonal and communication skills Self motivated, energetic appraoch to work, ability to work under pressure and independantly
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Administrate production and shift reports
Adminstrator of time and attendence system Preparartion of daily, weekly and monthly production and maintenence reports Attend to Pragma capturing and correct allocation of preventative maintenence planning schedule Support site with IT systems and monitoring daily back ups of servers General administration and ad-hoc factory staff co-ordination
