HR CONSULTANT: RECRUITMENT & SELECTION

Responsible for providing recruitment advisory and delivery service to specified clients within the company. 

Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualification
• Registered Psychometrics at HPCSA would be advantageous
• Knowledge of HR processes and procedures
• At least 2 years relevant end-to-end recruitment specialist experience, preferably dealing with volumes
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Client service orientation
• The ability to communicate in a third official language would be advantageous
• Ability to work independently
• Analytical skills
• High attention to detail
• Influencing skills
• Process driven
• Willingness to travel
• Valid driver’s license and own transport
• Be pro-active
• Computer literate (MS Office)

Key Tasks

• Drafting advertisements according to legislation and policy
• Initial response handling and shortlisting of candidates
• Competency based interviews
• Administration and scoring of evaluation instruments and techniques
• General administration
• Client liaison and relationship management
