Main Responsibilities and Duties include:

• General HR Administration
• Organisational Development
• Compiling and implementation of company procedures and policies
• Management of recruitment and selection processes
• Compensational management
• Legal and statutory Compliance
• Handling grievances and disciplinary procedures
• Management of training and development processes

Minimum requirements

• Degree with spesialisation in HR Management
• 3-5 years experience
• Excellent knowledge of labour laws
