Responsible for providing effective management by ensuring compliance with appropriate legislation, best practices and improvement of service delivery within the organization.

Key Performance Areas:

Develop and implement an HR strategy which complements the business strategy and provide HR support to the line function. Ensure compliance with all relevant legislations. Develop and update HR policies and procedures. Compile and update the Organogram, job descriptions and performance agreements. Developing and implementing a training and development plan. Manage the HR function and enforce adherence to HR policies, systems and programmes.

Minimum Requirements for all above positions: A degree or postgraduate degree in a related field; at least 4 – 6 years experience in a similar environment;   with a valid driver’s license; excellent knowledge of the investment and economic environment and be registered with a relevant and recognized professional body if applicable.
