Excellent opportunity within a fast growing retail bank individual to assist the Internal Audit team in performing IT controls reviews. Audits will consist of application controls reviews performed either under the direction of the relevant Audit manager or as part of a team. 

The successful candidate will be required to gain a clear understanding of the area under review, perform risk assessments, draft audit programmes as well as draft auditreports with clear and concise findings and agreed actions. The candidate will also at times be required to provide support during the review of business processes by providing input to business process audits. The IT Auditor is expected to liaise with clients and team members and to promote integrated auditing as well as maintain business relationships and achieve effective business partnering. Minimum Requirements: 

• A relevant qualification in Information Systems
• 2 – 3 Years computer audit experience in IT general and application controls review within a retail environment
• Experience in the entire Internal Audit process from planning to finish
• Sound knowledge in COBIT required
• CISA or CISSP certification will be an advantage
• Ideally operated within a Team Leader capacity
• Experience in developing CAATS and data analysis using ACL or SQL will be an advantage
• Experience with TeamMate audit software will be advantageous
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
