• Monitoring the launching of new products;
• Ensuring that a high standard of quality is maintained in the factory through the

       development and progressive evaluation of sound hygiene practices;

• Issuing and controlling of all factory recipes
• Controlling of changes to existing recipes;
• Developing and writing specifications;
• Technical liaison with major retail
• Conducting of audits;
• Problem solving in factory;
• Reviewing and updating ISO procedures; 
• Conduct HACCP studies

Requirements

• National Diploma or Degree in Food Technology
• Knowledge of ISO and HACCP principals
• Excellent people management and communication skills
• An assertive, team spirited, proactive and hands-on approach
• Fluency in Afrikaans essential
