Marketer & Client Service Manager

A small, 4 star B&B and Function Venue in Tulbagh is seeking a Marketer & Client Service Manager.

We are looking for a well presented, dynamic individual with a flair for people. Experience in industry required.

Skills & Advantages:

• Hospitality/Marketing qualification
• The candidate must have experience in the hospitality industry, incl. weddings & functions.
• Excellent customer care service skills
• Good communication  
• Strong all rounder in all dept's, especially guest relations & marketing
• Own transport
• Independent and organised worker

Duties:

• Handle general marketing
• Assist in FOH, Housekeeping and Banqueting
• Working with house keeping and making sure everything is according to   customer requests
• Customer service / liaison.
• Hosting at site inspections.
• Willing to work after hours & 2 weekends/month
