My client, an established concern specialising in data management, is seeking to employ a consultant to market all products and services to new and existing clients in order to achieve agreed sales targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engages with clients on a regular basis to maintain sound relationships
• Acts as primary contact between clients and company for purposes of:
 negotiating prices
 providing customised solutions
 problem/issue resolution

• Markets products and services in the region to achieve agreed sales targets. Communicates concerns relating to service delivery to Customer Service Consultants and ensures resolution thereof
• Stays abreast of and informs the Sales & Service Manager of changing market and competitor trends
• Reports sales statistics to the Sales & Service Manager on a weekly basis
• Maintains a current and updated database on all clients in own portfolio
• Prepares and presents business proposals to existing and potential clients as required

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE and KNOWLEDGE:

•  Sales diploma or relevant qualification
•  2 - 3 Years marketing experience
