THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE REQUIRES:
Grade 12 qualification
3 years working experience in a customer or logistics environment The ability to handle high pressure situations and meet deadlines Computer litearcy with expereince in Microsoft Excel and Outlook Previous experience in Great Plains will be advantagous Assertiveness and a high level of attention to detail Self motivated, organised and able to work independantly Outstanding customer liason skills Fluency in English and Afrikaans Excellent telephone manners
DUTIES INCLUDE:
Daily contact with customers
Taking of orders and processing thereof on accounting system Feedback to relevant manager regarding deliveries and adherence to schedules Liasing with departments involved in the orders and delivery process On call support after hours as required
