THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD:

•Have a B Eng degree or equivalent qualification. An additional qualification in Business Management or Marketing will be considered advantageous
•Have a minimum of 5 years Motor Industry After Sales experience with good knowledge of the Dealer Organisation (Previous automotive retail/ field experience advantageous)
•Have an sound understanding of Dealer After Sales operating procedures and business management practices
•Be able to communicate effectively at all levels
•Display the required level of determination and persuasiveness to implement key After Sales programmes
•Have the ability to make quick and sound decisions in order to resolve issues without elevating to the next level
•Have motor vehicle technical knowledge, strong problem solving and negotiation skills
•Be a self-starter with the ability to operate independently,
•Be innovative, resourceful, action oriented, analytically minded, solution oriented, able to work under pressure and exhibit strong leadership values
•Be able to travel nationally in the normal ambit of the role, covering Dealer visits and consultations
•Be prepared to undergo the relevant psychometric assessments
