Restaurant Manager - Waterfront Cape Town & Surrounding Area's

One of Our Well Established Restaurant Groups in Cape Town Waterfront is looking for a experienced Restaruant Manager to start ASAP

Salary - To be discussed R 15000.00

Requirements:

· 3 / 5 + Years Restaurant Management Experience

· Need to be able to deal with Customer Complaints and Queries

· Needs to be able to lead, train and develop waiters and other staff

· Need to be able to enforce discipline and structures

· Needs to be able to take stock and allocate variances

· Needs to be able to manage and run the entire shift on your own

· Need to Manage the Door when it's busy - Queuing very important

· Need to be able to do check lists regarding Maintenance, Waiters Duties and allocating tables to waiters (Section allocation)
