Job Description

Administrative Assistant to Risk, Legal and Compliance Officer




  • *Scheduling of meetings and compiling agendas and documentation for meetings
  • *Assist with statutory administration, preparation of resolutions and maintenance of statutory records
  • *Liaison with executive management and Board members – monitoring and following up on documents and ensuring it is signed off
  • *Assist with implementation of corporate governance, compliance and risk responsibilities
  • *Assist with smooth operation and communication of administrative processes
  • *General administration tasks, including filing, scanning and photo copying of paperwork
  • *Safekeeping of official records and legal documents


  • Requirements:
    • *Relevant qualification
    • *Computer Literate (MS Office)
    • *Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • *1 – 2 years’ experience in a commercial legal environment 
    • *Company Secretarial experience will be advantageous
    • *Valid Drivers license
