Job Description
Our client who is based in Wellington is looking for an Executive Personal Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support the company’s CEO.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and international stakeholders
* Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
* Manage CEO’s calendar and set up meetings
* Make travel and accommodation arrangements for the CEO and for international stakeholders
* Request payments and allocate different expenses as set out by the CEO
* Oversee the performance of other clerical staff
* Act as an office manager
* Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports, newsletters
* Take minutes during meetings
* Screen and direct phone calls and emails and distribute correspondence
* Organize and maintain the office filing system
* Act as organization’s vehicle proxy
REQUIREMENTS
* 3-5 years’ work experience as an Executive Personal Assistant
* Excellent MS Office knowledge
* Outstanding organizational and time management skills
* Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English 1st & Afrikaans 2nd )
* Discretion and confidentiality
* Ability to work independently and at times alone in the office
* Be able to work well under pressure, and open to learn on the job
* Driver’s license
* High School degree
* PA diploma or certification is a plus
SALARY
Negotiable depending on experience
