Job Description
  • The successful candidate will be accurate, organized, reliable, self-disciplined and well presented.
  • The successful candidate will be a non-smoker with reliable transport and a valid drivers license.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • Fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans), good grammar and attention to detail.
  • Good listening and communication ability.
  • At least 3 years’ experience within an office environment.
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook email.

The appointment is junior-level. Typing experience will be considered an advantageous, but is not a requirement.

Duties includes, but are not limited to:

  • Switchboard (no excessive incoming calls at once)
  • Meeting and greeting guests.
  • Refreshments for guest.
  • Filing
  • Record keeping of office stationery and printing
