Job Description

New Job Position : RECEPTIONIST

The receptionist will be responsible for the effective running of the office and reception area

and will also assist with administrative-record keeping, financial- and HR duties.

Key Competencies:

– At least two years relevant experience

– Grade 12

– Good computer skills

– Proficient in Afrikaans and English

– Knowledge of administrative procedures

– Presentable

– Good communication skills

– Good organisational skills

– Customer service orientated

– Excellent time keeping

– Attention to detail

– Accept responsibility & accountability

– Teachable and willingness to continuously learn new skills
