Leading ICT vendor with leading edge technology and a comprehensive portfolio seeks a Senior IT Technician to be responsible for providing technical support to end users. Ensuring that our client’s requirements are always met and their expectations exceeded.
Offering technical support on-site or remote via phone and email
Provide technical support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
Troubleshoot computer and user problems
Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.
Implementation, troubleshooting and support of Server and Workstation projects.
Work within a highly motivated and successful Technical team environment.
Share and learn with your colleagues and have fun
Minimum 5 years of IT Support Experience (client facing preferable)
MCSE or MCSA certification
Excellent command of English
Wiling to learn

Microsoft Essentials Server 2012
Microsoft Standard Server 2012 R2
Microsoft Hyper-V and VMware implementations and maintenance
Microsoft Desktop support (Windows 7 / 8 / 10)
Microsoft Office Support
Active Directory implementations, troubleshooting and support
Microsoft Exchange server implementations, troubleshooting and support
Microsoft SQL server implementations, troubleshooting and support
Backup Management and tools
Autotask Helpdesk system
VoiP PBX support
Mikrotik Router troubleshooting and support
Solid understanding of TCP/IP
Netgear managed switches
LAN Unifi wireless network troubleshooting and support
